Returns + Exchanges

Unused and unopened products are offered a 7 day return or exchange policy initiating on the day it was delivered or picked up in person. All products purchased beyond the 7 day period or those that have been opened are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To submit a return, you will need to email stacey@staceylum.com to initiate the process. Refunds are issued minus any shipping and handling fees. 

If you prefer to exchange the Products you ordered for other products on the Website, you may request an exchange by emailing stacey@staceylum.com. If approved, we must receive the Products, shipped at your expense, prior to issuing any exchange.

Chargebacks. By attempting a chargeback with your financial institution, you are expressly agreeing to pay the full cost of your original purchase, plus any fees or associated costs incurred by the Company. We have the right to present these Terms to your financial institution, any payment processing company and/or investigating agency concerning the attempted chargeback or financial dispute.
