CANCELLATION POLICY

There is 48 hours cancellation policy for all sessions. If an appointment cancels in enough time for me to fill with the current waitlist, then there will not be a charge for the cancellation. If there is not enough notice or the spot can’t be filled you will be charged HALF of the session fee.

ILLNESS

If you are unwell due to illness, please contact me well in advance as it often it difficult for me to rebook a client session if the cancellation is on the same day. Thank you for understanding.
